My mission? To help you care for yourself, so that you can continue to thrive in your calling to care for others

I was an ICU nurse. I understand working hard, meeting expectations and living my passion. BUT also feeling like I’m lacking… something. My experience has lead me to see there IS a different way. Many people know what they “should do”. The trick is doing it. I see so many who become discouraged and frustrated, feel lazy and judged. I can help! There is a way to carve out your path and achieve your health goal. Whatever it may be! There is a way to thrive in your calling.

1-1 Coaching

Individual space to dive into what’s important to you, create health goals and find a path to meet those goals.

Group Coaching

In this space, you get the benefit of encouragement and co-intelligence from a mini tribe. You get a personal wellness cohort with similarly minded folks to meet your personal health goals.

Speaking Engagements

I would be happy to come speak / lead discussion on a variety of wellness topics. Let’s connect so I can learn more about what you are looking for and we’ll see if working together is a good fit. I hope so!

1-1 Coaching

    • Includes 3 bonus 30-minute check-in sessions during the coaching engagement, for some extra accountability, and opportunities to celebrate success, talk through barriers / challenges, and tweak actions steps as needed

    • Do you have a family member or friend who could use a guide to a healthier life? Maybe you recognize a health struggle they could use a professional guide to help navigate?

How This Works

What to expect at your coaching sessions

We will begin by discussing more in depth of what health coaching is, what your expectations are for coaching and logistics. Then comes the good stuff. Let’s dive into exploring where you are and where you want to be in a big picture kinda way. Then we will hone in on a focus and get real up close and personal. The takeaway will be an attainable goal linked arm in arm with action steps for this week.

Future follow up sessions

Also magical. This is where we check in to see how the Grand Plan went. The best part? No matter what happened this is a judgment free zone! Woohoo! What we get to do is see how the experiment went… celebrating successes and tweaking as needed. It really is a lovely space to enter in with kindness and curiosity. Shame and guilt are not allowed.

Group Coaching

Can’t commit to individual coaching? Have some friends to bring alongside you on this health and wellness journey? Group coaching is for you!

  • Small group
    • 3-6 people working together to achieve their health goals, and support and learn from each other
  • Medium group
    • 7-12 people – more voices, more ideas, more growth!
